This month's top story is the new Export Tower, nestled between the mainline and the branch line in Export, its new central location will make it an efficient structure. (Hopefully, now the dispatcher will see the trains.)

Site work at the Export Station is progressing; the area's triangular shape is a challenge. The station has remained open during construction, with no interruption to passenger service.

In other news, the plasterwork for Mount Delmont is done and drying, the stratum overhangs the branch line to Jeanette at a minimum clearance. Ivan Hump was seen riding in his new Chevy Camaro past the white hillside.

And finally, the Bob Evans Cheese Factory sign seams to have been printed with water based paints. After the first rain since the sign was delivered, this picture was taken. Mr. Evans was not available for comment, but word is that he is not too happy about it.

This month's operating session is this Friday, March 17th, starting around 7:00pm. Hope to see you there.
